The definition of the project:
Design, function and robustness – these are the requirements which the no. 1 in Germany concerning fire places unifies in its products. The Production Network had been ordered to execute different models in series.
Our solution:
SCHWALBE Metallbau is the specialist for the manufacturing of complex products in large amounts within the company union. The sophisticated fire places are generated here proverbially all of a piece starting at the cutting via the bending and the welding of the sheet steel until the final assembly and finish. The construction considers all customer requirements and is established for a smooth, clocked production. A coating procedure had been developped in cooperation with the LOV by which the heat-resistant one-component-coating is filled consistently and in optimal coat thickness. The Production Network delivers standard quality made in Germany due to the ultramodern technologies as well as an efficient order handling based on the ERP-software DELECO®.
