Housings, metal sheet housings, switch cabinets and switch cabinet housings are the special features of the Omega Blechbearbeitung. Furthermore, welding boards on highest level are produced, including products or parts of weir engineering for the railway vehicle industry where we possess permissions by DIN2303 and DIN-EN-15085-2 (class CL 1). With it, our job already starts in the planning phase with a competent consulting and reaches from the construction until the serial production.
The production concentrates on an optimal working procedure in our factory which had been restructured and enlarged in 2008. In addition to stamping centers, top modern Trumpf-laser machines for the laser metal sheet processing are used in the metal sheet cutting of the steel, stainless steel or aluminium metal sheets. Edging, bending, forming and WPS-welding of the metal sheets follow in the next production step.
Our employees provide essential welding trainings and the particular current welding test – quality security is on the top for us. We also keep the last working steps in our hands with the color coating by customer´s demand, the delivery and assembly in Germany.
