The definition of the project:
A safe protection of the operating personnel against stray laser beams is very important in the handling with modern 3D-laser cutting and welding plants as you can find them in the Automotive branch for example.
Our solution:
The laser protection system „A-Protection“ – a patented new development of the ANTARES – guarantees reliable protection; even from beams of high brilliant lasers. The modular wall elements can be combined to one protection cabin and so encapsulate the working room. While the project management and the conception as well as the final assembly and implementation take place by the ANTARES so Schwalbe and OMEGA realise the welding and sheet metal constructions. The colour coating is filled in the LOV by the customer´s requirement. The jigmaking and the mechanic production of the basic frames for the housings take place by the GEMAG. The Production Network achieves an optimisation of costs as well as dates for the customer due to the company-spreading use of the business software DELECO®.
