The definition of the project:
The biochemical reactors of a Swiss customer that are meant for the Chinese market amongst others have to be charged, constructed and delivered from the production via the check and documentation until the packing and transport organisation under the consideration of the import regulations.
Our solution:
The AMS adopts the project management within the Production Network. Especially the production of the pressure vessels – with required load capacities from vaccum up to 7 bar overpressure and temperatures until 175°C – as well as the requirements of sterile production conditions with choice scattered welds and electropolished surface are used to be a challenge. The fabrication of all laser cuttings and the edging and bending parts is taken over by the OMEGA. The GEMAG is responsible for the mechanical processing of nozzles, heads, flange connections and lining groove contours. Budgeting, planning and the controlling take place with the help of the DELECO® project management.
