The definition of the project:

The OptoTech Optikmaschinen GmbH, Wettenberg, searches a partner for the complete handling of the production concerning the machine building for the new development of the grinding and polishing machine MCP 250.

Our solution:

The Production Network does not only construct the whole boards like the internal splash guard and the complete housing by the defaults of the customer. But in the production process, the single partners also take over seamlessly meshed working steps like all welded assemblies, mechanical processing, the splash guard protection made of stainless steel, the powder structure coating of the housing and the final assembly at the end. The use of the ERP-software DELECO® cares for perfectly synchronised processes. The e-business component provides an all-over communication by the company-spreading connection.
